1.What is Kindloom Labs?
Kindloom Labs provides AI tools, guides, prompt packs, and templates for self-starters building a business without a full team.
Everything is designed to be practical: pick something up, put it to work the same day — no AI expertise required.
2.Who is it for?
Our resources are designed for creators, solopreneurs, freelancers, side-hustlers, first-time founders, and small business owners — anyone doing big-team work without a big team.
3.What do I get with a Library membership?
Library members get instant access to all current and future resources: step-by-step AI tutorials, full prompt packs, guides, templates, workflows, and monthly resource drops.
Everything is designed to be immediately usable — no setup, no prerequisites.
4.Is there a free tier or free samples?
Yes. The free tier includes AI 101 quick-reads, starter prompt packs, checklists, and worksheets — all available without creating an account.
Visit the Resources page to browse everything that's free. Library membership gives you access to the full prompt packs, guides, and monthly drops, plus first access to new content before it's released publicly.
5.How much does the Library cost?
Library access is currently $9/month. Annual all-access is $99/year, and the Founders Pass is $199 — a one-time payment for full access, limited availability. These are founding member rates; members who join early lock in the lower price for as long as they stay subscribed.
There is no trial period, but the free resources on the Resources page give you a real sense of the quality before you commit.
6.How do I sign in, and what if I don't receive the magic link?
Enter your email on the sign-in page and we'll send you a one-click magic link — no password needed. If you don't see the email within a minute or two, check your spam or promotions folder.
You can also sign in with a passkey if you've set one up on your device.

7.Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time and won't be billed again.

8.Do I need technical or AI skills?
No. Everything is written for complete beginners. No coding, no API keys, no setup required.
Every prompt pack includes plain-English examples and tips for adapting outputs to your voice and business.
9.How often are new resources added?
New guides, prompt packs, and templates are added monthly. Members get automatic access to every new drop at no extra cost.
10.What support is available?
Email support@kindloomlabs.com for account, billing, or content questions. We aim to respond within one business day.
