Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products (one-time purchases)

Digital products — including prompt packs, guides, templates, and other downloadable resources — are delivered electronically and are generally non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

If a product is defective, not as described, or you have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@kindloomlabs.com with your order or receipt details.

If a refund is approved, access to that product's files is removed from your account.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Processing times vary by bank and card issuer.

2. Legacy subscriptions

Kindloom no longer sells subscriptions. If you still have a legacy Library plan, you can manage or cancel it from your account page or the Creem customer portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

3. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@kindloomlabs.com before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and access.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

For EU / EEA / UK consumers: under applicable law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost once you begin downloading or streaming the content, provided you have been informed of this before the purchase. Our kits are delivered immediately after payment. Before you buy, a short notice directly under the checkout button on each kit page tells you this and that the withdrawal right ends once you download the files. By continuing to checkout after that notice, you request immediate access and agree that the withdrawal right ends once you download the files.
