Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Digital products (one-time purchases)

Digital products — including prompt packs, guides, templates, and other downloadable resources — are delivered electronically and are generally non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

If a product is defective, not as described, or you have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@kindloomlabs.com with your order or receipt details.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Processing times vary by bank and card issuer.

2.Library subscriptions

You may cancel your Library subscription at any time through your account settings, the Creem customer portal, or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain full access to the Library until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Subscription fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine an exception is warranted.

3.Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@kindloomlabs.com before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and access.

4.Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

For EU / EEA / UK consumers: under applicable law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost once you begin downloading or streaming the content, provided you have been informed of and expressly acknowledged this before the purchase. You will be asked to acknowledge this during checkout.
